In order for me to learn how to become mentally strong. Day 1 I had a friend put a towel on my face and pour cold water on my face for 7minutes straight, Whipped my back for 4 minutes, Grabbed a knife and did a slice my shoulder, Ran 3/4 mile fully sprint full body. Day 2 hung myself with a rope slowed down my breath n kinda went to sleep a millisecond but awoken endured 3minutes. Endured 2weeks with out food & water no signs of dehydration
