Bladder problems and dehydration?

OK I feel like I have to pee ALLL the time and my mum is in the hospital so she cant help and I'm not allowed to see my father but my mum has a chart to tell if you dehydrated by the colour of you pee 'i managed to get a drip out out it said I was dehydrated :/ and I'm visiting my mum in hospital today and I dont want to be grumpy cause of this please help i have had a powder called ural but nothings happened yet PLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAA… HELP
