Heat stroke or alcohol poisoning?

I went up to the beach about a week ago with my friends, and I got really drunk one night. The next day I felt still drunk so I thought it was just leftover cuz I never drank that much before, and I'm a small 17 year old girl, and I drank a little again that night. Now it's almost a week later, and I still feel dizzy and sorta numb. My nurse said since I got a really bad sunburn it's probably heat stroke or dehydration or both, combined with allergies, but she doesn't know about the drinking. If this has happened to anyone or if you have any ideas about it I'd really appreciate it cuz I'm getting really worried, thanks.
