My Uvula has been swollen for a couple of days?

Is it spotty? Hopefully not infected. Sometimes I would get that from strong alcohol shots (dried it out) or a bad unclean glass from the bar. Take some ibuprofen or whatever your favorite pain reliever is to reduce the swelling, go to the store and get some sea salt and gargle with that a few times a day, and drink a crapload of water so that you are always going 'clear'.
