Deeply depressed :'(?

If you are coming home completely in tears and full of anxiety, it may be best to just to lay down and relax with some peaceful music. Also, try to be with friends and family more to help support you through this. If the sorrow is effecting your relationship, sit with your boyfriend and talk to him about it. For exercise, just talk a walk down the street to clear your head, and possibly take some music with you to add to pleasantness of the walk. You are never trapped by the sorrow because it does NOT control you, you are just letting it in and focusing on it. Focus on what you love in life and hopefully the sorrow will go away.
