Will a quilt of 86"X86" dimensions fit on a twin XL bed? (I believe it is 39"X80")?

I tried looking up the true dimensions on my college website but I couldnt find it. So you could try yourself but that's a lot of work. (SOU.edu) Well, any help would be great! I have my heart set on a cute urban outfitters quilt but if you know for a fact it will be too big than that is okay too. :)
