Passing out pain while urinating?

Hello. A few days ago, I started getting an extreme itching, like a yeast infection. I did the yeast infection thing. When it was done, it hadent even touched the itching. Also, I started getting chills. I went pee, and I only got like, one drop out, and it burned like a 10 degree burn. I burst out crying instantly. It hurt more than anything i have ever felt. It now, has no feeling, and is numb. I dont know what it is, cuz obviously its not a yeast infection. and i had also got a pee test done a few days ago, and it came back ok. so what could it be? It hurts sooo bad.
