I have a friend who gets this sneezing sensation when feeling excited or happy. is this normal? if sou why?

i googled this previously and found that only dogs behave this say. *raises eyebrows intently* i find this extremely hilarious btw xD i would like to know the nature of this. har har har. plesase answer. she could die of thisss Dx
