Can you develop alchohol poisioning the day after?

I binged drank on friday and Saturday and im stupid for doing so when i woke up on sunday morning i felt alright but didn't eat or drink anything all day.. But on monday morning i woke up with a killer headache fever dehydration and didn't feel good at all this is probably the biggest hangover i have ever had my mind is cloudy and now im just sitting here at my computer drinking lots of fluids and eating alot all day, So do i have alchohol poisioning or a bad hangover,
