I was at a competition and i did the 200m i worked really hard and really went for it and gave it my all. But when it ended i felt dizzy and a bit light headed. Straight after that i had to do the relay race, and i just had to sprint 100m but the same thing happened again when i stopped and i felt so weak and it didnt feel like myself. I hadnt drank anything since 8 in the morning and i was running at 2pm, so i hadnt drunk for 6 hours. Could it be dehydration? Plus it was raining and quicte cold, i dont know if that makes any difference though:) could anyone tell me why i was like that?
